When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship within Australia.

Do surfboards get damage in shipping?

While shipping damage is extremely rare we recommend opening your surfboard and checking for any damages while the driver is there. All surfboards ship signature required. Please report any shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving your surfboard. Each situation is unique and we handle each one that way to make sure you are stoked with the outcome.
